How our rates are built

loobiz.com prefers an available market feed, names its source and clearly marks rates or history that are only indicative.

1. Current-rate selection

When a converter opens, the site queries configured providers for the requested pair. The selected source, UTC observation time and rate type are shown with the result.

If no external provider responds, loobiz.com may use an indicative reference rate. This result is explicitly marked as indicative.

2. Refreshing data

A quote is requested when the page loads and when currencies change. Compatible pages then refresh periodically through a live feed. The displayed time is the provider observation time, not a promise of an executable price.

3. Charts and history

Historical provider points are used when available. Reconstructed series are visual guides only and are marked as indicative; they are not an official archive of past quotes.

4. Looking up a specific date

For a requested date, loobiz.com checks the historical provider from that date through the previous seven days. The latest common quote is selected, and the requested date is distinguished from the effective observation date.

5. Fees and limitations

Displayed conversions do not automatically include spreads, bank fees, card fees or transfer charges. The amount received may differ. Site information is indicative and is not financial advice.
